Return Policy
MANDATORY: Record an unboxing video
To protect your return eligibility, you must record a single continuous video starting while the package still has the shop's tape seal intact, continuing through the seal being cut, and until the box is opened.
The video must clearly show:
- The invoice on the package, with the information clearly legible
- The TCG World logo on the tape seal being cut (important)
No valid video → the return request cannot be processed.
Cases eligible for return
- Manufacturing defect (misprint, cards damaged from the factory)
- Wrong item shipped compared to the order placed
- Missing accessories or quantity compared to the listing (the video must show the quantity being checked)
- Product box severely damaged during shipping
Cases not eligible for return
- Seal already broken (if applicable), or pack/box opened, without a complete video recording
- Product shows signs of use or external tampering
- Return requested due to dissatisfaction with pull results (pull rate), not a defect
- Request submitted more than 48 hours after delivery
Return shipping cost
Once a return request is approved, the customer is responsible for the full cost of shipping the product back to the shop.
The shop will process the refund after receiving and validating the returned goods.

Remember to start recording video as soon as you receive the package — before signing for it or opening the box.
